The county of Chania covers the western part of Crete. The first thing you hear about Chania is the Venetian Harbor, the old port, the narrow shopping streets and the waterfront restaurants. You can admire old buildings – of Venetian and Turkish design, that Crete once had across the island, many of which have since been destroyed by the ravages of war and plunder – museums, churches and craft shops. Chania harbor is wonderful at any particular time of day. The place offers numerous rich options for sightseeing, exploration and discovery. Mountain villages provide a view into the “inner Crete”. The Samaria and many other gorges can be hiked, archaeological sites abound. DAY 1
Transfer from the Port to the hotel for check in.
Welcome drink at the hotel for a short briefing about the program
DAY 2
Roundtrip transfer at Agios Onufrios for two morning dives at Camarelo & Mikro Camarelo dive sites. Absolutely amazing landscape surrounded by stiff cliffs. The entrance of the cavern is at 15m depth. Swim through the tunnel, get into the open water sea and have a unique experience. Maximum depth at 22m and minimum at 12m, a dive for all levels of divers.
DAY 3
Roundtrip transfer at Agios Onufrios for two morning dives at Dragon nest, Dark cave, Bat Cave and Spot Lights dive sites. You can swim inside the different caves with incredible visibility and warm waters. One of them consists of two chambers with an opening on top that leaves the sunlight come into the cavern creating a spectacular view. Another cave is at 35m depth, completely closed and with the help of a reel, the divers penetrate the cave until they meet the exit to the other side of the wall.

DAY 4
Roundtrip transfer at Agios Onufrios for two dives at Seal cave & Theater dive sites. The entrance of the Seal cave is at 14m depth where you swim through a tunnel 50m long the end of which, leads to a chamber with stalagmites and stalactites. The second dive site has great visibility, clear water and amazing view to a vertical chamber with a plateau at the end that gives the impression of a theater.
DAY 5
Roundtrip transfer at Agios Onufrios for two morning dives at Mezoneta and Skylight dive sites. Two beautiful caverns, the one of which has an amazing environment and two different chambers. Maximum depth is at 15m and minimum at 6m.
DAY 6
Roundtrip transfer at Agios Onufrios for two morning dives at Elephant Cave and Airplane wreck dive sites. The entrance of the cave is at 9m depth. The view inside it is amazing with huge stalagmites and stalactites. The airplane wreck lies in the bottom of Kalami. A very interesting environment full of sponges and microlife.
