Out of the posidonia sea grass raises a lone reef, death trap to ancient vessels. 2-3 of them found their final resting place there, scattering their ballast stones, still unidentified era amphorae and pieces of wood with nails and bronze details. All around lie parts and pieces of various era anchors proving the area a puzzle to seamen trough the ages. Various fish and quite often Loggerhead turtles are visitors of the site.
The main body of the reef holds a small yet impressive underwater cave, with two openings and a hole on the roof, letting ample light into it and rewarding the daring divers with spectacular views. – DIVE UPLOADED by BLUE MANTA DIVING & AQUANAUTIC CLUB
