Info

Remains of a Bristol Beaufighter, an English war plane that was shot by the Germans in July 1944. In the 60’s locals dynamited the plane in order to recover the metal. The parts of the plane are spread between a sandy bottom at 17 meters and in the rock up to 12 meters. In the sea and in 1998, Fiskardo Divers members were authorized by the British authorities to dive the wreck and recover pieces. You can visit the display in the Fiskardo Divers Museum. – DIVE UPLOADED by FISKARDO DIVERS – ECO DIVE RESORT
